  • Great part time contract role for an experienced internal recruiter – 20 hours a week with flexibility around hours and days worked

The Opportunity
 
The Smith Family is trialing the in-sourcing of recruitment and are looking for a proactive, flexible and resilient internal recruiter to work with the organisation on a 6 month contract, for 20 hours a week - there is lots of flexibility on the configuration of the days and hours worked. The main focus of the role will be business partnering with line managers and supporting recruitment across the organisation. Specifically the role will:
 
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment of key roles across the organisation with an emphasis on working with line managers to proactively manage recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates 
  • Candidate management from advertising through to offer stage
  • Stakeholder and relationship management with internal and external parties, including hiring managers and recruitment agencies 
  • Provide support to line managers on all aspects of the recruitment process 
  • Build and manage a talent pipeline for hard to fill roles 
  • Work with HR Administrator to post advertisements on relevant job boards and to prepare employment contracts for new starters. 
 
What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced internal recruiter who loves building strong and effective relationships with line managers and candidates. You are familiar with current recruitment and sourcing techniques and have an excellent track record when it comes to sourcing candidates, with the right technical skills and cultural fit, for roles. You are resourceful, resilient and consistently over-deliver when it comes to the candidate and line manager experience. Flexibility is something that’s important to you, and you’re good at. The idea of giving something back by working in the Not for Profit sector is highly appealing.
