Relationship Coordinator


Job Description:

The Relationship Coordinator is vital in supporting the delivery of corporate volunteering and workplace giving. Your role will be varied, and very busy, but incredibly rewarding as you work alongside the national team of Relationship Managers providing administration and support.  First and foremost you will deal with all kinds of different people from all sorts of different backgrounds – corporate partners, volunteers and work place giving partners.
A day in the life of a Relationship Coordinator might look like this, but really every day will be different: 
·         Touching base with corporate volunteers about current volunteering programs
·         Collaborating with team members to support corporate engagement events
·         Developing relationships with work place giving supporters

It takes a special kind of person to be our Relationship Coordinator. You need to be fantastic with people. You are an excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You need to be able to keep lots of different balls in the air at once and change your priorities at a moment’s notice, without letting anything fall through the cracks. You need to have strong project planning experience and be a nimble administrator as lots of this role is about making sure things are on track. Most of all you care, lots, about helping some of the most disadvantaged in our society.
