Residential Support Worker. Casual - Dubbo

About the Role
We are looking for a Residential Support Worker to help facilitate the delivery of quality services across multiple locations. Working directly with Young People and Adolescents in Out of Home Care you will be placed into 24/7 fortnightly shift rosters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day care, supervision and transport to children and young people
  • Actively participate in activities and increase competencies of young people
  • Mentoring
  • Maintenance of progress notes and report writing
  • Support the involvement of family
Skills & Experience
  • Certificate III in Community Services, Youth Work or similar
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • A current unrestricted Driver Licence
  • Ability to work various shifts (sleepover & active nights) throughout the week
  • Prior knowledge and/or experience working with young people
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
