About your role:

We have a terrific career opportunity for you in our Research and Knowledge Management (RKM) team, to take on a critical role that will utilise your knowledge of information management and strong research skills to successfully deliver relevant and accessible information to build knowledge and evidence about the arts.

  • Salary package of $74,099 per annum + 15.4% superannuation

What will you be doing?

  • Develop and manage customised systems and processes required to transform data and information to contribute to the successful delivery of research and evaluation projects

  • Active involvement in delivery of a rolling program in research and evaluation projects

  • Engage with a variety of stakeholders to co-ordinate the RKM team's contribution to the evaluation of the Council's funding, policies and programs

Job Requirements:

What experience will you have?

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. social science, information management) or equivalent experience gained in a similar position

  • Proven experience in research and analysis and/ or in information management

  • High level of digital literacy (advanced proficiency in MS Office and strong database skills including data management and manipulation)

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and propose workable solutions to problems, while continuously improving current systems and processes in a team environment
