Your Opportunity

We are seeking an Impact Measurement Project Officer to join our Practice Leadership team for a 6 month fixed-term contract to project manage, deliver training, develop relevant tools/measures, use and analyse data and develop communications related to our Impact Measurement (IM) Project and Framework.

What’s most rewarding about this opportunity, is that you will directly impact the improvement of service delivery and in the provision of better client outcomes. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
  • Support service delivery employees to ensure high levels of awareness and understanding of IM and the application of IM principles in their practice and service delivery
  • Provide training and resources to service delivery staff to ensure the accurate and appropriate collection and reporting of IM data among clients
  • Prepare reports and briefs, coordinate resources, maintain project documentation and implement and monitor project plans (moved from first point as the first two will take up more time)
  • Support the analysis of impact measurement data to generate insights, identify opportunities for improvements in service delivery practices and/or processes to better deliver client outcomes
  • Raise all issues and risks that are identified through clear and accurate communication providing appropriate mitigation strategies to the people leader
Requirements for Success
  • Experience in community services, community development or service delivery
  • Sound understanding of impact measurement and/or outcome frameworks
  • Experience with survey design, data collection, analysis or reporting
  • Experience managing and delivering multiple projects using project management methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a simple yet compelling way
  • Experience in delivering training effectively across different channels (face-to-face, webinar and phone) to a variety of audiences
  • Proven ability to build strong, respectful relationships and to collaborate effectively
