The Role

 

Working within our Sydney Enterprise team as an internal account manager, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and help support the Enterprise team by ensuring we provide the best level of customer satisfaction at every interaction. Building on an existing customer base, you will ensure sales growth, and assist the team win new business and meet project deadlines.

 

Our range of over 20,000 products, covering the latest in technology solutions, modern furniture, and office equipment & supplies are matched to the needs of our customer base spanning across finance, infrastructure, professional services and various other industries.

 

This position is suited to the right person who is looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced team, someone who is ready to learn, grow and deliver the results required to support our growing customer base.

 

Key accountabilities and goals:

 
  • Taking your personality to our customers by phone, email and online

  • Growing our existing customer base by offering the right products for each customer

  • Focusing on identifying new opportunities for growth on existing accounts

  • Supporting the team by setting appointments for existing and new customers

  • Reporting and conducting regular health checks

  • Work dynamically to manage the pace and variety of tasks the role has on offer each day

 

This is an office role that involves a lot of phone and email conversations with existing and new clients, it is expected that you will represent our brand with respect and integrity during those interactions.
