The Role


Working within our Sydney Enterprise team as a national account director, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and help support the Enterprise team by ensuring we provide the best level of customer satisfaction at every interaction. Building on an existing customer base, you will ensure sales growth, and assist the team win new business and meet project deadlines.


Our range of over 20,000 products, covering the latest in technology solutions, modern furniture, and office equipment & supplies are matched to the needs of our customer base spanning across finance, infrastructure, professional services and various other industries.


This position is suited to the right person who is looking to join a dynamic and fast-paced team, someone who is ready to learn, grow and deliver the results required to support our growing customer base.


Key accountabilities and goals:

  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients and build strong long term credible relationships with our customers

  • Strong drive to build, expand and retain business by identifying growth opportunities within our existing client portfolio

  • Understand the changing needs of our clients, keeping our services relevant and adding real value to our customers

  • Growth is key to our success, you must have the ability to source, identify and develop new business opportunities

  • Identify clients' needs and expectations to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions

  • Reporting and monitoring of KPI'S to ensure contract compliance

  • Work collaboratively with all areas of the business to achieve success


This role involves a lot of face to face meetings with existing and new clients, it is expected that you are able to work autonomously at times and represent our brand with respect and integrity when out of the office.
