Job Description:

Full-time, Fixed Term position until March 2022
* Salary Level HEW 6 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
* Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, this role will see you support the delivery of strategic objectives relating to communications, campaigns and events.

About You

As the Campaign Coordinator, you will work with the Segment Manager to coordinate multi-channel campaigns and is a key liaison point with external providers to ensure RMIT's reaches target audiences effectively and efficiently. This role will see you liaise with design, media and creative agency personnel and other external providers as applicable, as well as contribute to the coordination and implementation of targeted marketing communication plans.

You will assess requirements and provide advice to Segment Managers regarding student recruitment campaigns and other marketing activities. In addition, you will assist with the preparation of campaign reports and other reports as required, as well as ensure all campaign activities are within allocated budgets.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

* Demonstrated understanding of marketing princi
ples and practice, with a strong understanding of marketing via digital and social channels;
* high level of interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including a proven ability to prepare copy for campaign activity including advertising, publications and the web;
* The ability to manage multiple projects and timelines at any one time under broad direction from multiple stakeholders within the Agile methodology;
* Strong customer service focus, with the ability to work across various It platforms such as Microsoft Office, Adobe and Marketo;
* Demonstrated experience in briefing content writers, designers and other creative suppliers.


A tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing or a related field is required
