Directly manage a team of acquisition and/or account managers focused on generating growth business for ANZ headquartered and global accounts with a strong ANZ presence
Maintain a high level of retention across their teams book of business (minimal churn) and have a good understanding of the client life cycle and to motivate the team to manage to this
Establish trusted relationships with c-suite leaders through LinkedIn resources and industry insights
Support the sales teams objectives by making compelling, value-based recommendations for investments in LinkedIn
Develop and execute regional business plans and sales strategies, with a strong focus on growth and/or new logo acquisition
Work in partnership with regional sales leaders and cross-functional partners to achieve these growth and acquisition objectives
Coach and motivate direct reports daily and bring innovation to the sales process to help achieve our growth targets
Collaborate and partner closely with regional sales leaders across APAC, EMEA and NAMER and ensure regional growth in these enterprise global accounts are achieved
Devise tactics and strategies that can be implemented at scale to build and maintain successful customer and partner relationships
Focus on client success to build a pipeline and create a pool of customers that will serve as references for sales and marketing purposes
Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will serve as the foundation for this growing team
Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives
