Job Description:

* Full-time, Fixed Term position until July 2023
* Salary HEW 6 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements
* Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, but may be required to work and/or be based at other campuses of the University

About You
The Projects Officer is responsible for providing high quality project management and advice for research projects, training programs, conferences, secretariat services, and other activities for the Australian APEC Study Centre.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

* Experience in delivering projects, preferably with a research focus, including financial management and acquittals.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills, including in cross-cultural environments.
* Established organisational and time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and re-adjust workload priorities to meet conflicting deadlines.
* Proven ability to deal with stakeholders from a diverse range of academic, business and cultural backgrounds and handle a range of situations and information in the strictest confidence. High level of computer literacy and understanding of potential digital offerings.

* Experience/Interest in the Asia Pacific region
* Ability and willingness to travel interstate to meet role expectations
