Faculty of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences and Education
  • Full-time, continuing
  • $150,646 - $ 165,834 per annum (Level D)
  • Relocation Assistance provided
  • Plus 17% employer superannuation. Salary packaging options are available.

About the role
As an Associate Professor Academic, you will develop a new key leadership role in the area of School Leadership at UNE and nationally. Your specific responsibilities include: leading initiatives in School Leadership across UNE and/or locally/nationally.
About you
You will have a doctoral qualification in a discipline or topic relevant to School Leadership and a formal teaching qualification alongside demonstrated school teaching experience in this field, as well as previous leadership role in a school setting. Experience in supervising higher degree research candidates, and mentoring and support early career academics is expected.
