Job Description:

Full-time, 12 months Fixed Term position * Salary Level HEW 8 + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements * Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working About You The Senior Coordinator, CRM and Campaigns is responsible for designing, developing and executing communications campaigns (email, SMS, telephony), aligned to the student journey, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will be responsible for working with relevant stakeholders to execute and report on campaigns for RMIT students. You are a fast learner, tech-savvy and forward-looking professional and you can adapt quickly and effectively to new pressures and opportunities. You will collaborate closely with ITS, CRM, and Communications teams across the organisation to ensure student communication campaigns are effective and efficient. Day-to-day, you will utilise the Salesforce Suit (mainly Service and Marketing Cloud) to identify trends, trouble shoot, produce reports and dashboards, and support continuous improvement. You will need to innovate and apply a data-driven approach to continually expand and improve the use of CRM systems across the group. To be successful in this position, you'll have as a minimum: * Experience in CRM and marketing campaigns (preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience) * Demonstrated experience in setting up customer journeys using email, SMS, and telephony channels. * Knowledge of marketing automation, data flows and campaign execution. * Excellent communications skills, with the ability to influence and engage with multiple stakeholders across different levels of seniority. * Sound experience in providing data analysis, actionable insights, and test plan design and analysis. * Experience managing large data sets, including data governance and data quality. * Thrives in a complex and demanding environment and is able to deliver outcomes within tight timelines.
